Candidates who are willing to fill this form must fulfill the eligibility criteria given in the official notification in which the candidate should have passed 10+2 Intermediate with Science stream. Secondly, the candidate must have the scorecard of PET 2023. Without the scorecard, the candidate will not be able to fill out the application form for this job. Thirdly, the candidate must have a 2-year Tuberculosis TB Program Management Diploma. Candidates who meet all three eligibility requirements can fill out the form.
